Still not much but some confirmation we're going to see the tapings later this month, probably sooner rather than later because they announced a UK Title match for Takeover and the participants in that match would obviously spoil some of the taping results.

Awesome stuff. The way they're handling all of this really seems benefical for WWE, Progress, and the talent.

It's just so fucking awesome. The Progress belt on WWE programming. Insane. If this is what wrestling looks like with HHH at the helm and Regal as his go-to man, then I'm very optimisitic for the future

Mauro Ranallo signed on with WWE, he should've known he was going to be bullied into depression by a coworker.

Dude was a camera man, not the one shocking people. He was paid to film it. It's a shitty show and I won't defend the show or Titus' right to be pissed off for getting shocked, however defending his right to physically assault someone is just plain stupid.

    Apples and oranges.

Im not defending Titus. But im sure as hell not gonna be on the side of the dude suing for over a fucking million dollars.

10,000% disagree. The camera man signed up to film stuff, as his job. He did not sign up for a behemoth of a man to kick his hand/wrist in a rage. To pass the blame off with "you should know there's a chance you'll get your ass kicked" is childish and placing the blame on the wrong person. That type of thinking is a stone's throw away from the shitty thinking that allows straight up work-place bullying to go on in the name of "ribbing." There are things you just cannot do and one of them is assaulting people.

And shocking people as a prank is just as bad. If this dude had been the one cattle-prodding people I could see your point, but this was a dude filming the 'prank' as per his job.

Also i been working all day and skimmed through the article. I really thought it was the guy who did the prank who was suing

Would WWE be the liable one here given that wrestlers are independent contractors?

Edit: Serious question, 'cause i don't know the answer to that. I was an independent contractor once in my life as a freelance sportswriter, so my presumption would be that Titus is the one to be sued, not WWE since he did it and, while a WWE employee, his contract status would likely put him alone in this. But, I could be way off on how it works.
