The lead singer of Every Avenue is teasing the possibility of a 10 year tour on twitter.

Normally I agree, the 10 years are getting out of control - but not this one. I'd welcome Every Avenue back with open arms.

Although I just realized that this would be the 10 year of their first album, which is the one I care about the least, but I'd still be happy to see them again.

Best band of that genre from that era tbh

Yep, pretty much. All Time Low and the Maine are the only other bands that come close, and if we're comparing them to the Maine when EA was active, they blow the Maine out of the water.

I didn't think there way ANYTHING special about Every Avenue. Strange.

They had three incredibly solid records especially for scene pop rock. Can't think of any other band specifically in that era that had more than one really.

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Wonder if that means Saves the Day will need another drummer again

I can't really think of a band who had a better pop-rock balance. Their hooks are still stuck in my head. They definitely were a stand out band for me.

One of the guitarists is playing with Florida Georgia Line, so whatever they do won't be a big scale thing ... nor would there be demand for much.

  15. Not sure I ever listened to an Every Avenue album, but "Tell Me I'm a Wreck" still gets stuck in my head at least once a month without fail.

i don't think that song is even that good

the full length was in 2008 though so i'm sort of confused why this is a ten year thing lol

10 years of the band maybe? Or it'll be next year. And I think the demand will definitely be there for them.

also it's weird, picture perfect isn't on apple music, which is odd because that record was on fearless too, so it's not like there's some weird label rights things going on there

It's not on Spotify either. And it definitely was still there within the last 6 months or so. I remember listening to it.

Andrew McMahon said that this year's Dear Jack show will be in Denver. He's on live with Entertainment Tonight right now.

Oh man I sure hope that Every Avenue tour happens. I agree with everyone else, they were the best band from that Myspace pop scene, save for The Maine, and I only got to see them once. Fingers crossed.
