without the House of Horrors match, it would have been really great. That thing kind of killed the momentum

 

match quality of the ppv was definitely above average. almost all of the storylines sucked though, so it's hard to really care

 

Vince is probably hearing "Thank you Roman"

 

It was good for a c tier PPV, but the house of horrors match was bad and there really wasn't a great match just a bunch of satisfactory ones

 

Why is Dean Ambrose, the best friend of Roman Reigns, not coming out?

 

I thought it was a consistently entertaining PPV which is more than I can say for a looooot of recent PPVs. I liked it.

 

Braun could've actually decapitated Roman and the smarks would still be saying "thank you strowman"

 

this is the most selling reigns has done in his entire career and it's in a meaningless post-match segment

 

He jumps into Randy's limo and drives himself to the hospital

 

Crowd cheering for the villain thanking him for injuring your top guy to point he's bleeding internally yet the path will continue

 

Then Braun flips the hospital

 

Yeah...Im not sure they can do more to make Roman sympathetic at this point.

This may be a decent build to Roman needing the shield to get back together to defeat the monster

 

btw, remember when the shakeup happened and the Jericho/KO and Orton/Bray matches were announced and everyone groaned because of how telegraphed the endings would be?

 

"Bray's gonna be saved by, get this, Jinder Mahal and the Bollywood Boyz! Yes, really."

 

Bray losing cleanly in a straight title rematch might have been better than how this went, oddly enough
