Exactly. I feel like they're trying so hard to make a story out of this, when there is literally no story here. He is playing well. I just wish the media give more attention to the fact that the oilers whole line up is producing points, and we're seeing great depth in the players getting points. It isn't the top line that is dominating the teams points, yet the top line is still producing. Like give the kid a break! He is 20 and he has had veteran defenseman GLUED to him the entire playoffs. He is still making plays, he still has his speed.

Again, I just wish they would switch focus from talking so much about McDavid getting less points to talking about how the team depth is rising.

 

I wish the Bruins would try and sign people out of these Euro league rather than exclusively college kids

 

I've always liked the organization, even though they are a rival. Good on them for shutting that troll down.

 

Yep I agree. Mcdavid is a huge reason the Oilers are playing post season hockey. I think he's playing great out there.
It's great seeing some production down the roster too. Overall a great team to watch and last night changed my opinion. I definitely think they can beat the Ducks.
