The only reason I'm tempted to buy a Switch is Oddessy but I'm not gonna because I know Nintendo is gonna shit their pants like they did with the Wii and the Wii U. It's gonna be great intially then fall apart.

 

Was the Wii U great initially?

 

The WiiU's start was nothing compared to the Switch, outside of Japan that is. A launch is not everything, but the Switch having the second best console launch (and first month) since the NPD started counting (1995) also isn't nothing. That's pretty huge. Also, they messed up with the WiiU, but the 3DS has turned out to be (and still is) a huge success.

 

Downloading Outlast 2. So ready.

 

Anyone that likes 3D platformers and has an Xbox should play Voodoo Vince Remastered. It's a hidden gem of that genre. Also, it's cheap.

 

I'll probably get it at some point. I have the original but never got to play it since it wasn't backwards compatible on 360.

Yeah, it just seems besides the 3DS they haven't had a solid console since the Gamecube. Obviously that's just my opinion, but it's keeping me from getting on right now.

I know it'd like never happen but i want Nintendo to just give up their rights. Imagine if they released their games on every console, and maybe kept a few exclusive to the Switch like Breath of the Wild. OR if they just stopped making consoles and focused on games, I think that would be amazing but I can't see that happening.

 

Interestingly enough the GCN flopped, and the WiiU was the console thas was closest to the GCN and also flopped. Also the Wii was of course huuuuuuge.

 

Probz buying this.

Oh yeah... I literally always forget it flopped because I don't know a single person that didn't like it...

 

Yeah, its got a funky look to it that kinda doesn't work. I'm hoping the gameplay doesn't look too bad. Its MVC so I know I'll love it.

 

i cant help but feel its cause they are trying to mimic the look of the marvel cinematic universe instead of the comic books. All the characters seem so lifeless to me.

 

Yeah, not a fan of the MvC:I artstyle. It seems like they were sorta trying to go for a movie/MCU look for some of the characters, don't think it meshes well with the Capcom stuff. Still gonna play the shit out of it.

 

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is apparently pretty buggy. Color me shocked.

Will wait for a price drop.

 

Will play Outlast II once I play the DLC in the first game. Excited for it!

Played a bit of Puyo Puyo Tetris, and by that I mean I just played some Tetris. It's Tetris. 10/10.
