Lets go Pens. I had my worries about both Washington and Toronto. I think if the Pens can find that speed game again then they can win this one. It's going to be a tough series. Defense and goaltending are key and the pens need to tighten up and bring their A game if they want to win.

 

Also the disparity between the Atlantic and Metro as far as good teams go division is ludicrous.

 

I don't think I've ever been more fine about one of "my" teams leaving the playoffs. The whole series, it was house money vs the Caps.

These playoffs were like seeing an awesome teaser in the theater, and thinking, "Yeah, this is going to be awesome next year."

 

That seems like a bad idea at any age, let alone 38.

Just came out that Marleau played thru broken thumb and Hertl with broken foot

 

I was watching twin peaks and my friend texted me

"GO LOOK AT THE INJURY LIST BECAUSE JESUS CHRIST"

I went and saw and I was like well that explains why everyone was slow.

 

It's funny because I was thinking that if we could sell Krejci, I would love a Jumbo reunion on a one or two year deal to let JFK take third line minutes before moving up to 2C eventually.

Now? Not so sure

 

I think the crazy part is he was still playing 22 minutes a night and he still had positive possession numbers especially at his age.
