Haven't seen the original, but some of those death scenes in the new one were pretty graphic.

    Even for me.

The poster for the remake was brilliant.

  3. I didn't like Green Room as much as I wanted to, but it's still a great film for its realism and I actually think Patrick Stewart is the best part of it.

    also You're Next is amazing

I've seen this on Netflix for some time now but never took the plunge.

So I watched The Void last night, that was definitely something..

Like others have said, great practical effect work. Don't know how I'd rate it, but I'd recommend giving it a watch at least.

I was so disappointed with the Void, I'm done getting hyped on really well edited trailers - I've been let down a few times recently

Those of you who have seen The Void: Did you see a woman in a white dress holding a baby in the background of any shots? I saw her standing behind the shoulder of Simon right before he lit Vincent on fire, and the next shot, she was gone. I thought there would be an explanation, but now I'm wondering if I missed anything else, or if I ever saw anything at all

Been meaning to ask you all about your opinion on Life - I think my favorite part was the very end and I am not usually a fan of the "bad guy" winning. Glad they went that way.

With that The Void question I'm pretty sure it was the older guys deceased wife, and child. He said something like"you were supposed to protect them!" to the other guy. That whole part the people down there were seeing hallucinations. That's how I took it anyway.
