Rayman Legends is coming to the Switch. I would be so down for playing Rayman on the Switch but i want a new game.

I'm still trying to platinum Rayman Legends - luckily the daily and weekly challenges are still quite fun and addictive otherwise I would've given up already on the "Truly Awesome" trophy.

 

I'm pretty sure I got 1000GS on 360. Can't remember if I ever got that last achievement.

 

I died four times in a row in a rhytm level and stopped playing it. It's a great game regardless.

 

Four times? I died sixty times in a row the other day in Donkey Kong Country Returns. I live for punishment.

 

Sony best sort their shit out, MS have been killing them them recently on being user friendly, what with Games with Gold being better and backwards compatability but damn this is so much biggger than that.

 

Sony's focusing on putting out good games.

 

I love dkcr. One of the most fun I've had platforming. I think I'm stuck at 95% or something.

Probably need to go back and change that

 

It's a great game. I upgraded to a 3DS XL the other day just because I was finding that game hard to play on the small 3DS. I got stuck on one of those flying barrel sections and ran through all of my lives so put it down for the day though, ha.

 

Happens to me too, I fail like 30 times and stop and then the next day I do it the 3rd time lol. Even more fun and brutal when trying to collect the KONGs and stuff. But it never feels unfair, for me at least.

The stages with the lava and floors that fall seconds after you step on it were the ones that really wrecked me. I love how you just had to keep the momentum from start to finish, but the devs still left room for some mistakes, in case you missed some jumps. really impressive level design.

And the music was just crazy good.

 

Yeah, I was trying for this really awkward G and it made it so much harder and then I just got into this pattern of failure, really should have stopped trying at some point.

I like how they've done the lives system too so you can easily get a lot more because they know how difficult parts can be. It's a well thought out game.

 

I think it might very well be the best 2D performer that isn't Mario

 

To be fair that is a very good point, exclusive wise Sony have been killing it recently.

 

A lot of those aren't exactly Sony's doing though, that's just Japanese companies not putting games out on Xbox One because they think their games aren't going to do well on there

 

they didn't develop those games, and that doesn't excuse their sorry excuse for a user interface, especially the shop.

I love the exclusives and that's why I have the console but come on lol

 

I don't see how anyone can look at XBONE's UI and then say PS4's is comparatively shitty. (Though the store is awful)

Regardless, yes Sony should add a refund system of sorts.

It was mostly just a jokey/snarky response but I would rather have a lot of great exclusives than a cool interface or returns policy. All three companies have their positives and their negatives and things they're doing well with at the moment as well as things they're fumbling.

 

I haven't tried Xbox's new one because I haven't bought a game for it in so long but I think the PS4 interface is way better than the old Xbox one. I don't like either store but I rarely buy games online so I'm fine with it. I don't have too much trouble when I do.

Also, I head someone call the Xbone "the one" for the first time in real life the other day.

 

From launch the xbone ui has gotten slightly better.... but not by much.

Still very unintuitive and slow.

 

Didn't they have a big update like last month that completely changed it?
