Well I'm not an anarchist communist, but that doesn't really seem like an issue to me. I've never met an anarchist who supported discriminating based on productivity let alone physical ability. I'm not sure where you're coming from. By that logic society would die off...babies are way less able to participate than elderly and disabled people.

edit: Sorry, reread that and it sounded snarky. I just mean I think good praxis wrt any form of communism supports the commune. I would definitely stop being friends with anyone who says we should let the elderly and disabled people die because they can't continue being construction workers at 80 or after they are injured on the job. They'll be fine. They worked to support the commune and we'll take care of them. Ask those anarchists that were filling potholes wherever that was. I guarantee you they would say the same thing.
