ABSOLUTELY. I smoked from age 16-25 (probably a pack a day from 18-25), but was able to finally quit that. I don't know if I'll ever be able to stop biting my nails. I think it's harder (for me at least) because it's subconscious. And then when I do realize that I'm doing it, I feel like I have to "finish"

I thought about getting that shit that makes your nails tastes bad, but idk.

 

My nails are always super short.
