they're tostitos chips you can only get from mexico or at local mexican food shops. You put valentina, lime juice, and any other fruits/beans/grains you want in it.

there's a cuban restaraunt from my hometown in Temecula that is pure gold. Their specialty coffee is some of the best I've ever had. I'm not a fan of the cooked plantains though.

I avoid pork. After hearing human meat would taste like pork it kind of ruined it for me. Never liked it too much to begin with

 

Last time I went to Mexico which was probably 20 years ago or so I still remember these tacos we got from a cart on the street. I think it was lamb (?) And they just had it rotating on the cart and they slice it right onto your tortillas. So fucking good and then you get your delicious apple soda and eat it in literally a hole in the wall Leith some tables and chairs.

Not sure if that was your experience or not but man was that shit ridiculous

Edit: I remember the meat being like Orange in color
