It's absolutely an all time moment for me personally

I liked and then unliked this so I could like it again.

 

Damn it I meant to post this on Mania day. Heres my wrestling attire in case anyone was wondering. From a few years ago aright?

Mania peaked at the Hardys and fell almost completely flat after.

 

I second @tucah. Most memorable moment of the night for me personally, even with Taker hanging them up. I also was a massive Hardy mark as a kid, though. Can't tell you how many soccer socks I cut and ripped up to make my own versions of Jeff's armbands.

 

Was Cesaro/Sheamus entrance as cool in person as it was on TV ?

 

Going back and reading your guys thoughts throughout the show to see how it aligned with my thoughts seeing it live. This comment is especially hilarious to me because I was in the press box at this moment and we all noticed the sound was cutting out, and a WWE person was fervently trying to ensure us all that it wasn't an issue with the Network, that it was something to do with the stadium's feed, lmao

Also, during the Gronk segment when he jumped over the barricade, did the weird interaction with that security guard get on camera? There was a female security person who BUMRUSHED Gronk as he hopped over and there was this awkward moment where Gronk was sorta looking around like, "Can someone bring this lady up to speed," and then other "security" people awkwardly just let Gronk go.

 

Yes, and it was hilarious. Seeing the refs encourage an outsider to enter the ring was high comedy. But it also made it feel kind of real, since security just letting him in would be odd.

 

CM Punk returning...to NXT

 

Also, having caught up on Takeover, that tag match was incredible. There may never be a tag team moment in NXT as good as Revival/DIY teaming up and helping each other with their finishers

 

Well, you could barely make out the kilts. That ramp was like a mile long and the trons in the arena were playing their entrance videos, not showing the stars on the stage, which sort of sucked. So really, it didn't look all the different from their regular entrance. There were fireworks though, right? Those were cool

 

Watching those backstage videos of Jeff, the dude sounds and looks phenomenal. Really amazing that he was able to get his act together.

Is that 10 guy tag match (I think?) available to watch anywhere from this weekend?

 

Just read over all the #thankyoutaker posts on twitter that they compiled on SC. Hadn't really been emotional about it before then, but fuck.

So Chad told me that we have a case to get either full refunds or comp tickets for those bullshit seats. Hopefully either Mania next year or SummerSlam maybe.

 

It's a shame Edge and Christian are both medically no longer able to wrestle because this is the closest we'll ever get to having E&C, the Dudleys, and Matt/Jeff together in the same ring again.
