Anybody doing anything this weekend?

We're going to a family's birthday party at a skating rink. Should be interesting

 

Grandfathers bday get together tonight and a gender reveal party tomorrow night. I hate being an adult sometimes.

 

We've thought about doing a gender reveal for our next kids but I honestly don't know if we'd have enough people that would care confusing we don't really have any friends

 

i think I'll pass on the gender reveal when the time comes.

 

I've really been enjoying the vanilla Vodka I bought. Why didn't I do this earlier?

 

Vanilla vodka with coke is an ace combo. What do you mix it with?

Date tonight, mowing and cleaning house/catching up on tv tomorrow, maybe a quick trip to Dallas to catch the DC panel and say whats up to my fave comic writers at Dallas Fan Expo on Sunday. All of this is dependent on whether or not Sophie ends up staying with me longer right now.

Going up to my cousins' basketball tournament in hillbilly Vegas.

Last night I mixed it with Coke and it was great. I've always heard that Vodka and Coke is a weird combo but I enjoyed it.

We also have some Ginger Ale that I've been using as well as Orange Soda(which is clear for some reason so it kinda just tastes like Orange Sprite)

Is Hillbilly Vegas different from Vegas Vegas?

 

Do you remember that town in the mountains of Tennessee that burned down a few months back? Gatlinburg?

That's 1/3 of Hillbilly Vegas. Sevierville (Dolly Parton's home) is another 1/3. Pigeon Forge (location of Dollywood) is the final 1/3 between those two.

No casinos. Just lots of go karts and neon and mountain stuff.

It's actually a quite nice area; Hillbilly Vegas is kind of a stand over for the 90s before it got revitalized.

Tonight I'm not doing anything, probably playing some games or something. Tomorrow is a 4th year anniversary for a brewery down the road from my friends. Going to that for a drink, then watching NXT after. Sunday is Wrestlemania, so I'm doing my podcast then drinking at my friends while we watch the shit show
