Tbh if i found out my partner was abusing children, I don't think I could ever trust again. Like obviously abusers are good at hiding what they do, but I'd still feel like I could never trust my instincts again. That said, if my ex is ever accused of a serious crime I wouldn't be surprised. I could totally see him doing something extremely depraved and then me being on the ID episode all blacked out with my voice altered talking about how he was always a loser.

The other day I noticed we have a guy that works in the building who looks like George Clooney. He must be new. It's weird cause I have honestly never found George Clooney attractive, but I find this guy who looks like him attractive. He looks older than my parents tho and that's an automatic no tbh!

 

I found out a co-worker was talking to this girl at work and he wrote his number on her sandwich order.

apparently the after story is that she actually texted him and they started talking. He started ghosting her though from what I found out today. I told him I was disappointed in him.

It was also prettt amusing to find out that writing his number on a sandwich order worked.

 

To be honest, I would probably text the number back out of sole curiosity.

 

The first time I read this I missed the word "order" and I kept trying to picture how you'd write a phone number legibly in ketchup or something and just hope they'd notice before eating it.

 

A phone number scrawled in Sharpie down a baguette is quite a statement though.

Went on a 2nd date last night with a girl that our mutual friend set us up with. Went a barcade and I thought we had a good time. We talked about books and podcasts, etc. but at the end of the night she just said "have a good one" and got in her car so I'm not sure if she's interested in a 3rd date or when/if i should follow up with her. Meh. My friend said she'd kinda feel her out and see if she's interested or not since they're hanging out tonight

 

Had a really great Tinder date last night. We went out again today for lunch and mini golf. Excited about this one.

 

so uhhh I've got a very last minute date tomorrow and I haven't had my hair cut since like December kill me now I'm the worst.

I think I'm finally okay enough to date another human but there are no cool humans around me.

The other day I told my coworker I didn't know if I wanted to get married and she was like "Well, Kiana. You have to be in something called a relationship first" and I was like WOW TELL ME MORE but really it came off oddly rude lol like the way she said it was like "good luck booking one of those relationships u speak of." But really, I'm not too concerned. I don't think I'll ever meet someone where I am and I can't picture myself doing the online thing so I'm just like Kanye shrug about it. I always said when I was ready to date again I'd hang around some culinary schools to find someone who can cook for me so maybe that should be my next goal!!

 

It's not that it's too long, my hair grows in thick so it kinda poofs out and looks dumb so i keep it cut pretty short.
