I honestly never saw you joke at me about it, you at least did say "that sucks" when I mentioned it

I don't mind being joked at about things but like if it's that and only that it's a bit much and you're always good about not doing that to me and being considerate while joking

 

Trust me I'm definitely not above jokes about tough shit

I had incredible luck with losing wallets and cards and somehow getting them mailed back to me. Happened at least 3 times with just my wallet. lol I always wear gym shorts so shit always falls out

 

for me, I just want you to know I don't take it lightly. I personally want everyone to feel safe here because that's what I want too.

 

I have the worst luck with it, like it's never that it happens, but it's that it happens at the most crucial time when I need it most

 

Like it's never "Oh I have to wait a couple days but I've got $100 on hand"

It's always "Oh I'm about to leave the state (or have already left the state) and now have nothing and am stranded"

 

Reading this is telling to me for this site.

There are other threads that wouldn't have treated things like this with respect and somebody said something to get it off their chest, the thread hashed it out civilly and moved on.

That's what I love about this thread.

There's a huge road shut down in Frisco this week so pretty much every place possible to eat except 1 is inaccessible so I went to that 1 to eat and was so stressed on time and my job that I forgot to grab it
