"Every time I Look For You" came on during my walk to work today and I was reminded of how much I love this song. I'd kill to hear the current lineup play it live

 

Yeah that song is so good. I listen to it all the time!

 

Probably my favorite on TOYPAJ, honestly.

To be fair it's the first it's being played live. They didn't look comfortable playing it.

 

All things considered though I thought it sounded great in the video

 

It sounded tight as hell.

 

i think it's the same speed as the album, right? they had to match the tempo for the piano part in the bridge.

Band kicks into LA while Mark grins at all the thumbs down (which lasted only a few seconds before everyone got into the song)... Nut why/when did they start saying LA is their hometown?

Exactly the same here. Tom's output on that album doesn't hold up for me for the most part.

 

Anthem Pt. II is cool. First Date is perfect bubblegum pop. Please Take Me Home is pretty rad. Stay Together for the Kids is one of their best. Reckless Abandon rips. Give Me One Good Reason is doodoo but Tom has some bangers on TOYPAJ.

 

I love everything on TOYPAJ. The 6th grader in me will never let it go.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Tom the only one that actually hails from San Diego?? I could be wrong on that

 

Mark is too, but from the outskirts. He also still owns a house here.

 

So is Tom planning an AVA tour ? That's what it seemed like on IG. I'll throw out my money for that if that's the case.

 

It seems possible. Sadly we won't. I was ok with going since I did like Love Part1 and before plus half of DW and Love 2, but my fiancé(which is surprising she was a tom fan girl prior to the Blink incident of 2015 and his solo album) says she refuses to go since she hated Dream Walker and in her words 'Tom has become a jackass' lol

 

I love the Dream Walker! His most ambitious album yet, imo. But thats thanks to Ilan lol.

 

I liked parts of it (Wolfpack, KwAS, bullets and mercenaries mainly). She didn't. We both detested the solo album(I know that isn't AvA but still). I was down to go but she won't budge lol
