ab lab ? bodycombat ? I'm curious, considering I went back lifting after a two years and a half break

they're classes offered at my gym. ab lab is a thirty minute class where you do this routine:

ab exercise 1 for 35 seconds (three second break) ab exercise 2 for 35 seconds (repeat six times)
one minute break
ab exercise 3 for 35 seconds (three second break) ab exercise 4 for 35 seconds (repeat six times)
one minute break
ab exercise 5 for 35 seconds (three second break) ab exercise 6 for 35 seconds (repeat six times)

yesterday that was

hip hinge planks and spiderman planks
butterfly kicks and weighted bar crunches
roll outs and heel touches


body combat is a 50 minute HIIT cardio kickboxing class.

i go to a gold's gym, and i know bodycombat is a part of the les mills global workout franchise thing. combat is ridiculously tough, but i love it.

 

Jack was nowhere near the top for me until the last season. Mine is probably something like

I kind of disliked Jack a lot throughout most the show haha

 

no one crosses @dadbolt and gets away with it

 

i still don't love jack but he is showing me a few glimmers of hope here and there. kate just annoys me

 

same. something about that last season made me warm up to him though. i dont really want to be more specific for reasons (ahem catch up travis)

That's the last album of theirs I was really into. Kind of lost interest after that.

 

Vacancy and Killing Time are both very good. Cult is their worst album.

 

I just realized that I've only listened to one 2017 release.
