I've always been curious how that works. Do you have to work weekends and such?

 

not really. It's a little different for me since I'm a co-op/intern, but for fulltime, you basically just work 80 hours over the course of two weeks.

so week A you work 9 hours a day, then 8 on Friday
week B you work 9 hours a day, then off on friday.

I guess it varies where you work, but I have flexibility; so like, if I miss a day of work for whatever reason, I can just go in on that Friday/work later throughout the week and work a half a day that friday.

 

If I was given the option to work four tens and have every other weekend be a four day weekend, that'd be golden.

 

yeah, and like, for me personally, it definitely works/I feel more productive. I'm way more productive in that extra hour each day than I would be for all of a Friday/really don't hit that "it's the weekend!!!!" mode until the second half of Thursday

 

Friday from 11am on is basically pointless in almost every job I've ever had.

You have some good damn tastes. Have you ever heard of Uyama Hiroto ? He was Nujabes' protegee and his albums sound a lot like him.

 

Gone from Breakaway also uses the phrase "already gone" and is the vastly superior Kelly song but title is more applicable

 

Kelly Clarkson did an one off single few years back which was better than most of her albums, I don't remember the name

"Breakaway" is one of the best pop albums of my lifetime and it's a hill I will die on. I've been in love with Kelly since American Idol and I'm 100% convinced we could be best friends.
