Really hope the officiating improves for next weekend - good god

 

It's embarrassing. Can't remember a tournament this bad overall for officiating. I don't feel so badly about the Seton Hall flagrant now that I'm seeing all of these calls.

 

Always an enjoyable evening when Duke gets smanged by a less-touted team in the tourney.

 

Last four minutes have legit took like 15 real minutes, good lord.

 

eh the outcomes have ruined the tournament for me, not the officiating.

Lets go Gonzaga or big east teams! ( i guess i have nothing against South carolina )

Shout out to my home state school South Carolina for making it to the Sweet Sixteen after no wins in the tourney for 44 years. So cool.

 

Whenever a SC player is at the line and the camera comes up close, Jackson in the background looks like he's gonna murder them

The worst of the tournament. I've come to terms with the fact that we shouldn't have been in that spot to begin with because we blew a nine-point lead... but that's gonna hurt for awhile.

 

My little Syracuse heart can sleep happy tonight. I have a new team to root for from here on out, it looks like.

 

Since nobody is commenting, the officiating in the KU Mich St game was horrible too. Technical called for literally nothing. Horrible fouls called to make it a closer game. Swear refs hate favorites. That being said a 39 point win followed by a 20 point win...KU isn't messing around in this tournament.

I'm honestly surprised Nigel wasn't T'ed up in the last part of the second half in yesterday's game when he head butted the ball after it went through the basket, especially with the questionable officiating most of the tourney.

 

It's more schadenfreude then it is anything else at this point, haha.
