lol WWE instagram fucked up and proposed the question as to whether or not Asuka can win the Smackdown title at WM. It was quickly deleted.

 

lol nice, so drop NXT title to Ember Moon then debut the next night.

 

Seems like the Raw women's match could still become a four way. Am I terrible for hoping Dana gets added instead of Nia?

 

They both stink so doesn't really matter to me

well yeah cause by that point everyone would've been womens champ already so technically the hot shotting would be over

 

Depending on how they did it, sure. But odds are it'd just really hurt Alexa and Becky, neither of who would get more legitimacy by getting killed by Asuka.

RAW needs Asuka to up the ante. She can check Charlotte's arrogance, she can be what turns Sasha heel, she can keep the Bayley underdog thing going. She can murder Nia. Add in Dana/Emma/one more person and you'd easily have 2 or 3 womens feuds going at a time there.

Whereas Smackdown probably needs another veteran more than anything. Someone who can fill a face role, and like Mickie be there as enhancement talent.

 

Sami/Braun/Joe/Finn? match over Smackdown Tag please. Smackdown Tag division is full of forgettable wet farts.

Also how long is the show. 2 hours preshow + 5 regular? Still wish there was room to do a Cruiserweight MITB match but doesn't look like that is in the books at all cause that card is already very full.

 

I imagine Sami and Braun are in the battle royal. The thing with Joe and Finn is I figured they'd be facing each other, but there's literally no room on the show. The fact that Finn hasn't returned to TV yet makes me believe he Raw after WrestleMania bound and Joe will be involved with HHH/Seth.

It's a 2 hour pre show and 4 hour main, but they went over by an hour last year, so basically a 5 hour main.

 

I bet Aries takes the title from Neville.

 

If they are smart, they have Neville heel up his victory with something cheap. Thats a good feud to carry into Payback, where Aries could go over.

 

Speaking of this match I kind of wonder if it would kick the main card off. It has the potential to get the crowd going right of the bat.

 

I feel like they usually start off Mania with a multi-man match of some sorts. If they're not doing some sort of ladder match, my guess would be Raw tag team or SD Women's title. The women's match would be a great choice if Asuka does debut and win the belt.

 

Same way it would have been smart for Gallagher/Neville to be the kick off of Fastlane, instead it got stuck in the middle

Honestly, best thing for that match might be for it to be the last pre-show match. Crowd would still have energy, and most people will have tuned in by 6:30-6:45 anyway.

 

Well hopefully the security situation is better this time around than last year, I remember watching the ryback/kalisto preshow match and the crowd was pretty empty because people were in line waiting to get in

 

Yeah that was a huge mess. I remember seeing stuff afterwards where large groups of people were just crammed in tight spots for long periods of time trying to get in and people were having problems with heat exhaustion and such.

 

Also, thinking of the Smackdown womens title, Im hoping they make it a gauntlet match. Make Alexa beat a few people before she faces down Becky. Could book that either way (I'd have Becky win). And when the winner is celebrating thinking they've won, D-Bry comes out and says there is one more opponent.

I love the sound of that but I think the effect works much better if it's a heel standing alone in the ring at the end before the reveal so Alexa should probably be the one who thinks she's successfully defended her title and then whoops. Not so fast.

 

Thank God I'm going to have priority access getting into the arena

 

I don't think that helped last year. I got there before the pre show started last year, left to eat and came back. The lines were still super crazy but somehow I walked right in
