Or they know word got out about a new song and decided to push the date back lol. Oooorrr there's no new song at all and they're playing some elaborate early April Fools joke!

Just preparing for the worst here.

 

I wonder if Hey I'm Sorry on the deluxe version will be different than the one we've heard so far. I guess they could have changed it up a bit, mabye not the song itself, but perhaps some mixering/layering. The first version of heart's all gone sounded way different than the one that ended up on Neighborhood so it is a possibility.

In my view, i would be stoked if they changed the chorus. The lyrics are so beautiful with the piano arrangements (it sounded exactly like what i thought the new version of blink would sound like). But then the chorus falls kinda flat to me and doesn't make the rest of the song justice.

 

The chorus is my favorite part of that song :( especially the last chorus where the music drops except the drums at the start

 

i wouldnt be surprised if we dont get anything for awhile, it's still over 2 months away haha

 

Don't dash my hopes. I have a need for a new blink song, and it won't be quenched until I get one lol

I know they've played a couple of these with Matt, but they should be left in the setlist for a while.

 

Always sounds so good with Matt, that was my one real disappointment that they didn't play it when I saw them but San Diego more than made up for it

 

I can only imagine how great San Diego is live.

 

Pit seats are only 60 bucks for the Austin show in just over a week... Debating going, but its Wednesday night, I'm old, and I'm afraid of a 90 min greatest hits set... They should really be playing a minimum of 2 hours at this point

Where are you seeing that price? I've been debating getting my sister a ticket but I'm still getting $103 after fees and $79 before.

It's still funny to me that someone out there has probably gone to one of these shows without knowing that Matt is in the band now

 

Why do people want someone in their favorite band who literally said they don't want to be in the band because they've got better things to do? Why would you want someone who cares so little for something you love involved in it in any way?

Like if I went to go see Less Than Jake or The Offspring tomorrow I wouldn't recognize half of the band members, so it's definitely feasible.

 

Exactly. Plus blink plays to 15,000+ capacity amphitheaters. I'm sure many people opt for a cheap lawn ticket and have no idea who is in the band.
