So this album will essentially be 24 full length songs with 3 joke songs? I think it'll probably be pretty easy to create an absolutely killer 45 minute version (California contained about 29 minutes of really great music IMO). Can't wait.

 

I will still take 11 out of 14 lol. Still awesome they're even doing this.

Hoping for a powerful Cynical vibe with some darker tones on a couple songs.

 

Leading up to the Bored to Death release, how far in advance did the band make an official statement confirming a single for April 28th? Is it strange that they've made no mention of Parking Lot ahead of a supposed 3/18 release?

 

With blink, nothing is surprising.. their roll out of announcements and releases have been weird since 2009

Unless their were planning on making "Parking Lot" a surprise release and the info just leaked. But at this point, and with how active they are in social media, I don't see why they are ignoring it.

 

last time i googled, there were no news sites more than forums like this one reporting about parking lot, so the band might not even know that we know, let's twitter bomb them until they announce

 

I agree but to be fair to the band they have gotten much better since January 2015.

 

Well big difference between the first song anybody would hear from this new lineup and the first release of a bonus song.

 

Yeah I have been waiting for Irish dates (From Belfast) since the tour was announced back in November 2016. But still nothing there is a Dublin event floating around on Facebook but the date of it is the same night as one of the London shows.

I don't think it's looking to likely this time around.

 

I wonder if they are counting hey I'm sorry as one of the 11? Probably are even though it's not technically new if you were in Japan lol

I would be surprised if Hey I'm Sorry isn't on the deluxe album and they would probably count it toward the 11 songs.

 

Well I know it is, but I'm wondering if they mean California + Hey I'm sorry + 11 or if it's one of the 11

 

I'd say the casual blink fan who bought California probably doesn't know Hey I'm Sorry exists. I'm sure they are including it as one of the 11.
