Yeah, she's not a challenge threat at all, and even though she's just plain dangerous, I think Tony is easily targeted first/before her

Excited for the season to start tonight! Who is your pick to win?

    My picks in order

    1. Ciera
    2. Sierra
    3. Michalea
    4. Zeke

All others obvious ones Malcolm, Ozzy, Tony prob have targets. I'd have Michaelea higher but I think they saw how good she was last season right? Had they left after to film after it aired. And I spelt her names wrong twice)

The cast had never seen Michaela or Zeke before filming. Jeff did say something about them to the rest of the cast, just that they're impressive or something (thus putting a target on their backs).

also, I personally don't think Malcolm has much of a target on his back. He's not really a threat until the merge and he's smart enough to lay low until the merge when he can build power through winning immunity. Essentially, his strong points are all overshadowed by others (whether it's true or not) all being considered "better" than him. Ozzy will probably suck at challenges for being old, but he gets attention as the "challenge threat" that Malcolm won't. Caleb also takes that attention away. In regards to his smarts/strategy, Sandra/Tony/JT all take that pressure off of him (and I'm forgetting whether he's on the Sandra/Tony tribe or the JT tribe).

my prediction is andrea gets purple edit

I really enjoyed the episodes tonight. I didn't expect the whole group to stick with Sandra's side but her shit talk after Tony left had me cracking up. I knew michaela wasn't in any real trouble but the edit definitely had me a little worried. Can't wait for next week!

I loved the premiere. I always liked Tony, a little sad he was gone so quickly. He was acting totally suspicious. I am so glad Michaela didn't get voted out this early. I know she will have another hilarious reaction down the line when she is blindsided. Finally, I both loved and hated Sandra's trash talk to Tony on his way out.
Really fun premiere with a great cast. Should be a fun season.

Tony was a riot. Love the dude.

    Nice premier.

While entertaining, Tony isn't that great at Survivor. Put him with most casts other than who he was with on Cagayan (mainly Kass/Spencer/Woo) and he doesn't do nearly as well

Also listening to RHAP right now, and Fishbach's good point is that Tony basically went in feeling like he "had to be Tony"

Yeah no revotes is great. I always thought it seemed a waste of time in the past a bit

Are we doing the spoiler blanking? I'd usually think the onus is on the person who hasn't watched yet to not visit the survivor chat til they've watched ala Steve has and what I do when we got it a few days delayed in Australia last season to start

I agree the revotes did seem like a waste.

I am fine with not spoiler tagging things. Spoiler tag everything that same night just because of different airing times but then the following day, we don't need them? Thoughts?

I'd say use spoiler night of to account for time zones, but next day is fair game.

not to shame a few of the dudes, but it must be noted, but holy shit Ozzy porked up & looking old, & JT downright fat fatty boomba

I was thinking maybe some of that was a strategic move? Chub up a bunch so your body's not taking such beating without food for 30 days.

I was applied for the Australian show. Looks like no luck a few wks after application and no heary back. But it contemplated my head "do I look trim for tv, or strategically bulk to help me out later"
So your thought has merits and may be true

He's gonna have an uphill battle getting some Sia money protecting the chickens this year. Although what was alluded to on the ad for next wk. JT actually gets a goat?

Twitter and Facebook I wouldn't post anything for a few days.
I think my rules are for those platform
    - live sport fair game always
    - reality tv, couple hours or a day. Live tweet if a finale.
    - tv shows like TWD, GoT. A week
    - movies. 6-12 months

But with a specific forum where you knowingly have to open it up like this I'm not fussed about spoilers. But everyone's free to do the blanking as they wish
(In saying that I'm Australian and we get it fast tracked 730 thurs night which is prob USA 1am thurs morn so I'm more likely to be spoilt haha)
