Greek yogurt + avocado + shredded chicken is a pretty amazing chicken salad alternative

Just ate an entire small log of honey infused goat cheese

 

I avoid dairy so yogurt is normally a no go. I'll eat cheese in small doses. Also, I totally just remembered I had a dream about eating nachos last night. Good times.

 

Usually don't like yogurt but Noosa is incredible, up until I learned it has gelatin :( but for non vegetarians, it is an excellent yogurt. Better than Greek by miles in my opinion.

 

I have been eating 3 eggs every morning for the past 6 years. My doctor says my cholesterol is still top notch. I'm 26 almost 27.

 

Only flavor of this that i've tried is the pumpkin cuz i'm not much of a fruit fan, but the Pumpkin is amazing. I always try to make it last multiple sittings but it never seems to work :(

 

Noosa is incredibly calorie dense, but highly recommend trying their other flavors. Lime and Raspberry are excellent, again I haven't eaten it in quite a while but the texture Noosa has is much more pleasant than other yogurts.

 

Well, guess I'm finally gonna give it a go then.

 

I'd try the Lime, but i've never seen it around me. The Pumpkin one I could only find at Target, weird thing to be Target Exclusive but whatevs lol.

 

Do you eat really healthy the rest of the time?

 

yeah I watch what I eat and workout.
I like getting 3 eggs in me for the protein and a bowl of oatmeal for the carbs when I wake up.
Just writing this because their is a debate out there saying how the egg yoke is really bad for you.

 

That is good to know. I love eggs.

 

I'm still working on phasing out subtly non veggie stuff like gelatin and rennet in cheese. It's goddamn hard to weed all of it out though

 

i got a groupon for 20 bucks, for 80 bucks of food at a seafood restaurant. going with a friend, ready to indulge

 

Thinking about doing the same thing after work except without friends because yeah

 

I've never thought about gelatin not being vegetarian. That's a cool fact. Aren't some pill capsules not either?

isn't there debate about Honey not being vegan as well or something? I found this out recently and it blew my mind.

 

I honestly don't know if I could knock out 80 bucks worth of seafood myself hahaha.
