Pretty sure the US title is on Raw

 

Well, I can't reveal things that I actually know to be happening, so let me have my wishful thinking on the things I'm still in the dark on, @bones

 

What if we get 17 more weeks of Emma vignettes and she finally comes out and says now it's time for the transformation back to Emma 1.0 and we get 17 more weeks of that

That was the most predictable, cookie-cutter, post shitty pre WM PPV Raw ever.

 

well i mean they only have three more episodes to establish feuds, so of course things are going to be rushed and "predictable"

 

i don't know what your expecting when we know almost the entire card for wrestlemania already and its raw. that being said, this was one of the better episodes in months

 

Why does it seem like creative wants to completely eliminate surprises?

It's pretty much been this way since the split, especially with Raw. Maybe it's all building for something huge at WM but I doubt it.

And the worst part is that it seems like things are moving backwards having Lesnar likely win the title. Where does this lead? Lesnar vs Stroman eventually?

When I predicted that Goldberg would get a title run, I at least figured he would actually compete.

At least SD is strong and we have a legit champ there.

 

1. because you get more viewers by advertising shit

2. lesnar/reigns, lesnar/strowman, lesnar/finn. there's a lot of matches and brock is still the most legitimate guy in the company. he only helps the belt.

3. why would you think goldberg would compete? after the brock squash there would be no reason to believe he'd have competitive matches with anybody. the man is 50 years old for christs sake, he can barely make it down to the ring without needing a nap.

4. goldberg's more legitimate of a champion than bray in the eyes of basically everyone. i love what they're doing with bray, but he's nowhere near the star goldberg is today.

 

I'm not sure how people disliked that Raw. It was infinitely better than the PPV.

 

The first hour of raw was solid and taker chokeslamming reigns was cool...but the rest was typical crap raw. Women's and tag division are broken right now.

 

when it comes to WM, at this point vince really only cares about making $$$, even if it is saying a big F U to the more dedicated wrestling fans. there is a lot of money to be had for the casual watcher who wants to see goldberg demolish other wrestlers.

 

Setting the bar really high!

As a whole, that RAW was decent...its just a few areas where they clearly have no idea. If Nia doesnt get into this match, then she disappears for almost 2 months again...and at a time when emma could easily redebut in some weird feud with Nia and Dana involved. They should take a lesson from Smackdown, where even Carmella and Nattie, two otherwise useless pieces, have gotten storyline opportunities in hopes of hitting on something. In Carmella's case, its oddly working.

Tag division is probably as good as its been in months, and I hope they are building to a triple threat at mania. New Day are clearly directionless, but, thats because they need to cool off some

 

1. The formula has always been the same. Advertise big matches, use surprises (returns, heel-face turn etc.) to create intrigue and story. The last few months have been obvious and typical at nearly every event.

2. What?! Most legitimate guy? He is the definition of a part timer. He refuses to interact with the roster. It's garbage.

3. Plenty of guys have competed at that age. Why can't he? So it was all to promote a game then? wow... that sucks.

4. So... I guess we have a different definition of "legitimate" here.
