At a midnight release with friends despite not getting mine until tomorrow. Lots of people with Zelda merch on.

 

Ahhh all the hype in here is tempting me to get a Switch. I still probably won't get one til later this year, but I'll gladly rock my Breath of the Wild shirt until then.

 

So annoying that the console is getting lackluster reviews but the game is killing it on reviews. MUST boycott until they drop the price lol

 

I read a few reviews, but honestly, for me the only feature that really matters is that I can travel with it. I was traveling almost every other week last year and would have loved the ability to take Xenoblade Chronicles X with me. So that is a useful feature either way. I doubt that I will use many of the other features for now since my daughter is still too young for gaming.

And Zelda looks so good that it would just feel wrong to play it on the Wii U.

 

Yeah the cons that are being mentioned aren't really dealbreakers for me. And it cost me a lot more buying the Wii U and the 3DS combined.

Just got my sticker and place in line at my local GameStop. #3 in line. Midnight can't come soon enough. They aren't even closing and people are lined up hoping to get one already

 

I know I'm so hyped for Zelda, like more hyped than I've been for a game in a very long time, but I also just remembered Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is a thing and goddamn can I not wait for that. I might even be more hyped for Xenoblade than I am for Mario.

 

Where is everyone?! Its too quiet in here

SIX HOURS AAAAH

 

Six hours until I'll be playing this. I haven't been this excited for a game/console in years.

 

gonna stop by Gamestop to get checked in, seeing Logan at 9:30, should be on line around 11:45

 

Working. Really, really hard. I finished the tasks I was supposed to do all day (well mostly because I started working yesterday evening).

zelda just made me a responsible person. 10AM here. Just waiting for the nearby store to open. (About 5-10 minutes from where I work via cab)

 

Mine will be waiting when I get home from work tomorrow. It's going to be so hard to focus tomorrow.

 

Played a few hours of Zelda with my friend on his Switch. Ready to get mine in the morning.

 

Grabbing a couple beers across the street and then heading over to Best Buy. Eeeeeeeeeee!

 

Heading over to my local videogame store. Ohshiiiit.

Just got done with the pre-ring at Gamestop. Decided to add the Guardian and Link Rider amiibo and a pro controller because impulse buys are fuuuuuuun. Will probably not get I Am Setsuna right at launch though.
