Yes. From the very start. I love it and I wish I knew who the killer is.

I've been reading Archie digest comics since I can remember. They practically taught me to read, so I'm excited to get into this. I read the first issue from free comic book day last year and really enjoyed it.

Also, my wife has never read a comic book, but she's super into Riverdale, so maybe I can get her to read Archie! This could be a gateway drug for her to get into comics!

Knew nothing about Archie before the reboot and love it. Absolutely love the show too and how it's essentially a live action version of the current comic.

Read most of Bat-Mite Vol 1 and it's hilarious. Nice little breath of fresh air for DC's grim darkness

Really good stuff so far today, Superman Reborn is off to an awesome start, I thought the Warhead storyline in Aquaman was really good, and Nightwing is doing a Batman and Robin Must Die! thing which is great since that's a favorite of mine and Seeley has the Dick V Damian arguing down perfectly. Honestly though, it's a little bit hard to look at their fights as "fun" quarrels after reading Injustice.

I am! It was what got me in the comic book store in the first place (for new issues)

how about that ending in today's issue?

i think that even though the show has steadily gotten worse, the last 15-20 issues has been some of Kirkman's best writing. I'm happy I've kept up with the comic.

I'll check back later today when I read it but now you got me excited, haha. Yeah the Whisper War was excellent both from his writing and the ridiculous amount of gore/zombies they were able to squeeze in the panels. And I love what he's been doing with Negan. I gave up on the show awhile ago, ha.

Green Lanterns was great even though it didn't have any Jessica, felt like it could be a really good movie prologue. I do feel like I've read a lot of Volthoom origin stories recently but the awesome, horror inspired are made it stand out.

I love this Justice League storyline, my favorite of Rebirth. I don't know if it would change anyone's opinions though, it's pretty similar to the Kindred. It also builds off of the Rao storyline from like last year so having read that helps.

Paper Girls was fun. Mac's reaction at the end was priceless. Ugh I love these characters I am really thinking about getting that Stony Stream 88 shirt.

I haven't seen critics being too fond of Cyborg but I'm loving it. Great villain.

Roy Harper's introduction back into Green Arrow is great so far. Finding myself liking him more and more.

I Am Bane is fucking awesome.

And as far as the Walking Dead, which was one of the best issues in awhile and somehow even more action packed than The Whisper War @dadbolt Nooooo! I'm so goddamn sad. In the page before the last one it almost looks like she got bit in the arm so I had a moment or two to prepare myself, but I have no idea how you come back from a neck bite...She's been consistently a favorite of mine through the whole series. Shitty shitty shitty, though it was totally time for a main character to die...Figured it would be Dwight (since we didn't actually see the lights go out I'm assuming his still alive
Also I picked up the first trade for Injection.

It' by no means a good thing that my LCS is closing. But my wallet will be thankful. Went back today and picked up the 3 Batman Inc trades by Morrison. Or at least I think there's just 3 for his run. Anyway, also grabbed Heart of Hush and Fire by BMB.

I know I've been saying this a lot, but not having a job for over a year is really starting to hurt the funds hah. If anyone knows any bands looking for PR, any help with websites (I'm not a master at coding, but I can help with WP sites and whatnot), or literally anything I could do from home at this point, let me know. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back on a job that would've literally been exactly what I wanted. They even had me submit a social media plan a few weeks ago and I still never heard back.

@Tim I didn't see anything on the front page re: Logan releasing and recommendations

There was some uncertainty on what'd be best. Ultimately, Jason decided to do a link to a post in the forums, and I decided the best place for that post was the Logan thread. The post is currently in the Logan thread and also edited into the first post of that thread; put it up yesterday morning. Jason has a front page link queued up to be posted this weekend. We can then decide if we wanna do things differently for the next one.

A handful of people have "liked" the post, but no one has directly replied to it yet. Feel free to go into the thread and quote it saying something nice about it, lol.

Caught up with Outcast for the first time and the most recent issue (the 25 cents one) was stellar, I'm really excited about the new direction. Despite having a lot of answers I wasn't huge on the most recent trade so this has me excited again.

There was some really great art in Night of the Monster Men, but everything about it oozed nonsense. Excited to read I am Suicide/Bane when they come out.

Always wanted to read and then realized it was out of print and ugh! I want it!

Read and did a review for Royal City and I'm so stoked for more! Really great little book!

Want me to check MU for it? I could always let ya borrow my account to read it if it's there.

MU has it. I was just looking to post a link to buy it because it is such a good book.

Fell asleep reading Birthright. If I wasn't so encapsulated by Zelda, I'd be flying through it. Loving it.

I asked Ross to start thinking about the GOTG ones, since he worships at the feet of Cosmic Marvel. And, his first thought was Annihilation, too... and he saw the same issue, lol.

I think Abnett & Lanning's GOTG would be good to recommend (I haven't read it myself yet). Dunno if I want any Bendis stuff or not, and also dunno what solo Guardians, if any. Ross read Astonishing Thor 'cause we were trying to find a good Ego-centric trade, and he said it was good, so we'll probably use that. I have an 80s Silver Surfer Epic Collection trade with some Mantis stuff, so I may read that and see if it should be included or not.

The Bendis run is perfect for people only acquainted with the cinematic universe.

Legendary Starlord was pretty good for what it was.

    Annihilation is a no brainer.

Not really sure what else I can think of.

I dunno if I'd want to include Annihilation if there's no affordable print collection to point people towards.

Didn't the Star Lord series introduce a version of Yondu more in line with the film version? It could be worth including just for that, though it'll depend on how many relevant books we think of. The first Bendis trade could be worth it for Iron Man's inclusion and addressing Quill's father (even though his comic book father is different). I liked it a decent bit when I read it a few years ago.
