Cena and Nikki is going to be awful... And It's too bad because the Miz Cena feud could be great on its own.

 

Cena and Nikki were great last night, and this whole feud will probably be very good

 

My biggest worry with Nikki is everything descends to catty shit. See the Carmella/Natty feuds for example.

Maybe with it being John/Nikki v Maryse/Miz, it'll keep it from going to that level. Cause Id much rather it focus on what Cena/Miz were doing during their promo

 

Cena is p good at catty shit too

 

That miz cena stuff and the entire segment really made the match feel special. First time Nikki and cena are really "together" on camera...first time Maryse wrestles in over 6 years....and cena has to do "silly" duty at a wrestlemania for once

Now with that said I think Nikki is awful.

It's not that it's just Nikki, it's written that way in WWE. A lot of the bullshit spewed in the women's feuds come off as catty and reductive of them as performers.

 

I think the Miz is way too good right now to be wasted like this. But I guess there just isn't anything else for him to get involved in at this time.

The Miz gets a match against one of the top people in WWE, which is sure to get headlines even outside of the WWE world. How is that being wasted?

 

I really hope Orton isn't the face in this feud because that makes zero sense but WWE gon WWE

 

remember the gradual turn orton had on rollins two years ago leading up to mania? that was some good stuff, always kept you guessing when it would actually happen.

I really don't keep up with TNA aside from the Hardy stuff. Is there anyone realistically from there that could jump ship to WWE and make an immediate impact on the main roster in the upper mid-card/main event scene?

yeah, this is basically the same thing as Dean/Brock last year. Just because the eventual match was shit doesnt mean Dean didnt get a major push in the build. I mean, he had hardcore legends handing him their props.
