if tilapia scares you, you can use any other fish with the recipe too

 

They are almost 90% farm raised now and they are supposed to feed on algae and things like that but the farms feed them chicken, pig, whatever poop which I can get over if I had to. The frozen bags in the stores from Asia are fed raw sewage and then shipped out. I can't get over that. They are also supposedly as bad for you as beef/bacon because the farm raised fish have almost no omega 3's.

 

I've seen many, many, many articles dispute the "worse than bacon" stuff, that was from a single 2008 study and has permeated since then. Anyway, I have more trust in the "fresh" trader joes tilapia than frozen anyway

 

I really try not to google a lot of the things I eat because I'm sure there is something disgusting about all of them lol

Oh that's fine. I always knew that Tilapia wasn't the fish you wanted to eat for health choices anyway.

 

Can't really go wrong with eggs and avocado on toast with some cheese in the eggs.

 

Not really a fan of seafood in general aside from Tuna, Shrimp and Catfish

I think the reason why my mom doesn't really care for pets is because she just sees animals as something to eat. In her eyes they have no souls or feelings.

 

My dog has more feelings than me.

i feel like anyone who goes back to regular yogurt after trying greek yogurt has gotta be crazy

 

All I know is I can eat this whole thing in a day without issue. I have some self control so I don't, but I could.
