How about Darkest Hour on Monster? They have a new album coming out in a few weeks and have no shows after May 13 in Austria. Their last US show is March 21 so radius clause wouldn't be a problem.

 

all this talk of cutting stages and cutting bands, i'm betting my ass on UO playing the tour for atleast 2 weeks.

I saw it on facebook. It looks like a pretty large stage so I'm assuming that might be one of the main stages.

 

Hard Rock International is bringing their stage to this summer’s 2017 Vans Warped Tour, and has turned to Creative Allies to give fans and artists the chance to have their design as the official stage backdrop for the Hard Rock stage over the course of this 8 week tour!

I'm assuming this Hard Rock stage is either the main stage with the BVB type bands, or a Cyclops level stage

 

Could All Time Low be playing this year? They have an album dropping on June 2nd and won't be playing anywhere in the U.S. in the Spring.

 

Someone else said they have other summer plans.
