Does anybody here play Civilization V?

 

Technically I guess it's Unchained Chi lol. I'm just used to calling it Chi since I had friends who played the original JP Chi for browser, so I got used to that name

 

Yeah there's a "main" questline that currently has 200 Quests in it. I'd imagine it'll continue to expand as they add more quests and content to it. If it's anything like the browser version it'll just continue to get updated until they stop supporting it/stop adding content to it.

 

Yep. Didn't realized I'd actually been missing stuff that would have been good to know before continuing on.

Loving this game more than I thought I would. Cool to hear it's doing well in sales in the UK. Came across the woman playing Alan Wake like in your screenshot.

Ah that's kinda lame, it seemed like there would be a defined story since it's set up like a prequel.

 

I own it, but hardly play it. Its really overbearing, and I enjoy games that involve a lot of detail.

 

Anyone's headset mic stop working w/ their PS4 controller after the latest update? I looked around online and its a common issue. Seems like Sony is trying to weed out 3rd party headsets, which is a pretty dick move.

Anyway, there is a workaround to get your mic to work if you are having this issue. Plug the headset in, and then pull it out and put it back in as quickly as you can a few times. Should work after that.

 

One doesn't "play" Civilization V. It's a lifestyle.

 

wasn't there one guy who played one game of Civilisation for literally 12 years? I remember reading about it, it was hilarious how bad the gameworld got - every other turn would be a nuke attack, and everything was just a savage wasteland between cities or something

You can't resell digital copies, unfortunately.

 

Not as of now, lol. I am sure if the the XBOX ONE went completely digital like they had initially planned, there would be some talk about it, but as of now, no.

 

They might eventually have a plan in place where you can sell your game back for 10% of the purchasing price, at some point. Better than nothing I guess.

I have a lot of digital games that I wouldn't mind getting rid of for 10%. I would delete: Destiny, COD GHOSTS, COD ADVANCED WARFARE, Zombie Army Trilogy, Killzone Shadow Fall, Assassins Creed Unity, Assassins Creed Black Flag, Battlefront, Dragon Age Inquisition.


I would gladly take $54 to remove those from my library lol.

 

Haha! Yeah, there is that and removing of achievements and games from your tag that are on my wish list of updates to the consoles.
