Does anyone else think that the pressing of Home could sound a little bit better?

 

Just got Goodness, the pt. 1 7" and Home for like 60 bucks total. Steal.

It sounds good, I just feel like the goodness pressing is a lot crisper

 

my two home, lnpit pressings don't sound all that great. they're noticeably quieter than my Goodness press

 

Yeah it's super quiet

 

has anyone gotten the newest press of Home? does it sound any different or is it from the same master/"plates" or whatever they're called?

 

I have a later pressing and it's really quiet. So yeah, same thing.

 

To be fair home is actually mastered at a lower volume than most records

Wow, Goodness sounds and looks incredible. Colored vinyl is still awesome after all this time.

 

I've worked with festivals like this. 97% of people will get a ticket if they apply early enough.

 

damn what a tight band. Their pitchfork live videos are gold.

 

Goodness Pt 1 is underrated

 

How many live videos are there? Goodness pt 2 and deep rest?

 

yeah those are the only 2 I found. I'd wish they'd upload the whole set.

 

It was up on the pitchfork YouTube for a few days after the set streamed live, I think I watched it 5 times

 

Speaking of live performances. Everyone check this out. This is the best line up of this band ever, they've never sounded better live.

I can't remember what the new guys name is, but his back up vocals are KILLLLLLLER

 

Scott, he's the singer of born without bones

 

He does some of the backing vocals on Home, esp "In Framing" "Your Deep Rest" and "Dendron"
