Thought this was pretty badass

 

I wanted to like this song because I actually really like LP. I've liked most of what they done, even parts of ATS which a lot of people hate. But I heard this and I'm just like "please don't let the whole album sound this way..."

 

We got off topic...:so whose all going to some of these spring shows before they go overseas? I'm going to the Knoxville show. Who else got tickets??

 

I'm going to the Springfield, MO show on 4/23.

Haha I'm pretty excited about it! I hope the set is at least somewhat different than last year.

 

I will be at that one as well! Weird venue, but I've always had fun in there.

 

My ticket just came in the mail. I also just realized we're the first stop on the tour, which could end up being really great or kind of awful.

 

I thought about getting my ticket mailed but I always worry that it'll get lost or not arrive in time so I printed at home. Doesn't make for good memorabilia though

If I remember correctly mailing was the only option when I bought it. Luckily enough my ticket has never been lost in the mail yet, but I do print more often these days because I feel like my luck will probably be up soon. Haha.

 

I use to love going to the Ticketmaster in the grocery store to buy the tickets or having them mailed to me. I literally have about 25-35 ticket stubs from 2006-2010 ranging from the Blink reunion tour to My Chemical Romance's black parade tour to Brand New, 30 seconds to mars, Taking Back Sunday, AvA, +44, NFG, Hawthorne heights, three days grace, Warped tours and projekt revolution tours and countless others. When I lived with my folks I had them all in a huge 32x32 inch frame. Used to keep them in order of the event dates lol. But somewhere along the line I started printing after one of my friends ticket got lost in mail for a Three Days Grace concert and I didn't want to chance that happening lol I do kind of miss the physical stubs. It's the same concept as CDs to me I usually buy digital now but for Blink and TBS I'll buy physical because I like holding the case and the memories that come with them lol

 

Yeah I got a whole box full of my stubs. I should so something with them

I think now with places you can get mailed but have back up options of print and e-ticket it seems
I still pick mail cause it's still the same rip off price of $8 to be sent as using your own expensive printer ink.
I've saved a few print ones in the box. But not the same.

 

Print off for me has usually been cheaper. Like for Blink in April, it was $2.00 to print and 8.00 to mail

 

I got a ticket to see the Descendents in July. It's crazy to think that without them there may have never been a Blink-182.

 

And 3/4 of the bands we all like and see live probably wouldn't exist without blink!

 

I'll be at the Orlando show. Crazy that they haven't played Orlando in 13 years.

 

Yeah when they played Nashville back in August it was their first time in that long too. I got spoiled being from a city like Cleveland where they and similar bands ALWAYS go. Living in Nashville has made me appreciate when they come around that close instead of a 2-3 hour drive. Glad they're also making it a point to go to cities that they've been absent from for a long while

 

Exactly my feelings when I saw them in December last year. Plus, they're incredible live. Really loud and insanely fast.
