I'm always surprised when people don't use smoked hock or some kind of cooking meat in their greens. I wish I could eat fatback everyday. My gma used to fry it all the time and it's so good but after our little kid metabolisms didn't work like they used to she stopped making it bc we were getting fat. We could never say no to it.

 

My roommate had dinner reservations with a girl he's into that fell through, so he ended up having a 9 pm Valentine's Day dinner of two pizza pops and a couple slices of peanut buttered toast

 

I'm not good at making pasta but it tasted good.

 

I made an oven roasted chicken leg and ate it with salsa, mustard and blueberries. How did you guys not have ketchup today?
