but yeah, the three big matches this year are: goldberg/lesnar, taker/reigns, hhh/seth

everything else is going to be severely underpromoted/mentioned compared to those 3

 

I was reading that it sounds like officials are considering making Bray/Orton a triple threat for the title by adding Harper to the mix.

 

I just don't see them putting Harper in a main event level Mania match. I'd be completely down, but I would be surprised

yeah after that match he had with orton last week, i think he is absolutely deserving of being tossed into the main event.

 

Harper is totally deserving of being in a main event spot

 

any chance they actually let the wyatt triple threat end the show?

I gotta assume that Goldberg/Lesnar closes the show.

you have to spread the 'main events' out. it's the only one of the main event matches i could see getting an early slot.... it's a hot opener, good match, i can see it

 

There's a chance Wyatt could close...since having Brock stand tall isnt exactly a great moment like, say, Wyatt revealing he knew Randy's betrayal all along.

But, Shaq/Show will be early on. AJ/Shane spot fest would probably break up the title matches. I'd bet on IC title as an opener. That or RAW tag titles if it somehow involves the New Day

 

they're going to want to break up all the big matches too.... im using this word, i GUARANTEE, Jericho vs KO either OPENS or is 2nd. It's a perfect early type of match. especially if it's not for the title

You need a real shit match to split up Goldberg/Lesnar and Wyatt...if we're doing wyatt last. i figured lets just use the shtittiest match on the card to do that

 

oh and btw i'm being generous with that list of matches. I wrote out 14 matches. That's literally the most it could possibly be and i honestly dont think it'll be that many.

AND I DIDNT EVEN WRITE CENA vs MIZ. haha

 

Opening match is going to a multi person match

 

what's the match? one of the tag titles or womens title?

 

Something involving the New Day, maybe Sami, or even Becky. The first entrance is going to be a face that's gonna get a good pop.

 

Over under 3.5 matches on the preshow? I'm thinking 4.

 

zayn is going to the battle royal.

i guess it could be a women's match. i forget that the WWE has been okay with doing that lately, but at wrestlemania? that would be a pretty big moment

 

has to be a lot. Battle royal, one of the tag belts, cruiserweight is almost a guarantee in my book

 

Wish Vince would take a page from NJPW's book and just rapid fire the matches, minimal downtime in between.

 

Some talk of Corbin taking the IC title off of Dean at Mania.

 

I can see it. Straight singles match? I'd like that.....no garbage 8 man ladder matches. Honestly, with the split, I don't even think they have the roster size for stuff like that.

 

Seems like they are building for American Alpha v Usos, so thats a guaranteed pre-show match. CW and Battle Royal would make sense. Maybe even if there is another multi-woman tag as well to get everyone a match? THat'd make 4.

While Id love Dean to win, him getting a straight singles match with a guy who can perform, count me in. Especially since they are building it to be a No DQ or stipulation match

 

It's really amazing how much Corbin has improved since those 10 second matches.
