If you can get butternut squash raviolis they would be great. Agree with @Ken about adding sage too. You can cook the leaves in the butter while it's browning then you'll have infused butter and crispy sage leaves to eat. Those two ingredients go really well with apples. I made a risotto this weekend that had all those ingredients and it was delicious.

awesome, thanks folks. I'll definitely add some sage and a bit of brandy. the recipe sounded pretty tasty, but still felt a bit simple, which I guess isn't necessarily a bad thing, but having a little extra flavor will be good.
I picked up some four cheese ravioli, although I did consider some butternut squash. I might go back for those still (although they were only available from a "fancy" brand, half the package for the same price).

I had tacos from my local taco truck and even though it was three small tacos and a small horchata, I feel so stuffed.

 

That's way preferable to having a decent amount of food and not feeling full

I just got a jar of homemade mayhaw jelly today and it's my favorite. I eat a lot of toast so I like having jelly options. For free too.

Had to go back to canned soup and frozen pizza for lunch/dinner. I spent a disgraceful amount of money eating out last month.
