Nick Swisher is everything I hate about the Yankees lol, hate that guy

 

Hate the Yankees and all their players but Seisher always seemed like a decent dude and definitely an interesting personality.

 

I want Swisher to sign a skoal tin.

 

Swish isn't good, who cares

 

Swisher's persona is fine if your team is winning but oh man does it get grating if not.

 

yeah like he doesn't seem like an actual asshole but it's easy to think of him that way

 

I understand people hating the Yankees organization but I've never understood people hating Yankees players just because they play for the team.
Like I have a bunch of friends that hated Jeter just cause he was a Yankee, but man how could you hate him, he was incredible.

 

I will forever dislike the RedSox but I respect the hell out of Pedroia. As for the Phillies, I hate everyone. Regardless of who they are.

 

I liked all the Yankees core 4 guys, but they gave me very good reason. My default is burning hatred for Yankees, they have to work their way up from there.

 

If the Dodgers don't get to Kershaw's spot in the lineup here, I'd like to see him potentially get an CG loss, if 8IP counts if there's no bottom of the ninth. I never remember the rules for that as far as if it counts as a CG or not.

I hate Jeter bc he gives gift baskets full of autographed shit to one night stands.

Bartolo Colon is throwing a 1 hitter with 6 strikeouts through 4. I'm also overweight and can throw a ball. I can totally do this.

It's hard to separate players from the team sometimes. Especially growing up a Red Sox fan, when your family ha been Sox fans going back generations, their is a deep seeded hate of all things Yankees. It's especially hard when your favorite players or players you really admire leave the Sox and sign with the Yankees. It's like Kohnny Damon going right after helping win the 04 WS, it as seeing a guy who had long hair, awesome beard end up looking all smug in the dang pinstripes.

I am totally with you on this. I ended up respecting what Jeter did for the game and how good he was, but I don't like him. The only player I think I could say I actually like was Mariano Rivera... He was just so good and seems like a great guy he is impossible to hate. Unless it was the ninth inning and he was shutting the Sox down...I hated him then.

 

I remember watching Knuckleballer (I could be wrong about the exact title) on my flight to Afghanistan. I loved it.
