The Christmas game may have had more initial drama behind it, but I think this might be the game of the year.

 

This was definitely the more entertaining game

 

LeBron calls Isola trash and all of his media pals come to his defense. They're all trash too.

 

The kings announcers sound so depressed

 

Damn, Wade came up huge at the end of this one. Good thing too, because I'm not sure I wanted to stay up for OT of Kings/Bulls.

 

Wade just saved the Bulls from losing a game when they had a 28 point lead. And.....Cousins got ejected.

 

I hate that I was traveling and missed that Cavs-Wizards game.

 

My friend and I were talking about this last night, from start to finish this was easily the best Cavs game of the year. The entire game was back and forth and close throughout. The Xmas day game was great too, but the Warriors were in command of that game pretty much until the final minutes. The ending was fantastic but Warriors were up double figures for most of game.

Last night was an instant classic and reminded me of the great mini-rivalry the Cavs-Wizards had from 2006-2008. Those were great playoff series.

 

The Cavs-Wizards playoff battles back in the day were funny. I loved Stevenson doing what he had to do.

 

The East is all of a sudden shaping up to be pretty competitive with Boston, Wash and Tor filling out that 2-4 seeds and ATL and IND 5&6 seeds. Cavs may have a tougher 2nd and 3rd round matchup than I originally thought.

That said, they're 7-0 vs Boston, Wash and Tor this year.

 

Plus, I think it's safe to say the Cavs roster is better suited for a playoff series as opposed to one regular season game.

 

Cavs will need more consistent performance from Love. If he can play at that level regularly, Cavs go back-to-back.
