Vans Authentics or low top chucks.

 

I hate that the only tailor I know of in town is super conservative and traditional and gossipy cause I feel like she judges me every time I ask her to make my skirts shorter.

Personally I prefer my low top chucks to the one pair of Vans I own. They feel more comfortable to me

Vans Authentics aren’t that comfortable to me personally. Vans Eras on the other hand are insanely comfortable.

interesting, the only difference afaik is the padding around the ankle of the Era's, which I'm not a fan of.

That’s essentially correct. Perhaps this is sizing issue because I bought the same size Authentics and Eras, but presumably because of the padding, my feet fit more securely in the Eras. In my Authentics they move around a bit more, particularly when I’m skating, and that causes more foot fatigue/blisters.

 

If you had to recommend a coat brand, which would it be? I'm in the market for a down coat but I'm not sure which to go with.

Reasonably priced is preferred, because while brands like Canada Goose seem great I'm not willing or able to drop $900 on a jacket lol.

I have two Andrew Marc jackets I like that were $80, one's down

 

Tell me about it! I see so many people where I live with them and I'm constantly baffled.

 

Canada Goose jackets are overrated.

 

It may just be me but Ivanka's clothing line is FUGLY.

Agreed. They look nice and all, but I can't even begin to justify the price

Ordered some red wing heritage round toes today.

Also picked up a a waxed canvas jacket today and im loving it. Its needs some breaking in but it fits so nice.
