Man this is probably such a tough predicament for them to be in. WWE would probably rather him be out for months rather than right on track for Mania. They gotta make an executive decision here, I personally would hold him out. The guy is the future (or was supposed to be), he can def have that match with HHH at any other time. Summerslam main event for instance.

So Rollins is still missing mania though right?

 

Unsure at the moment. Meltzer made it sound like they're still going forward like he'll be there. Mania is about 8 1/2 weeks away, so it's close

 

Maybe triple h shouldn't have waited like a million years to pull this off. Not that it's his fault but I feel like this storyline will just disappear now.

 

They can make this knee injury an excellent part of the angle

 

I just don't know how they can do it. Promote a match/return with the chance he's not cleared last minute or he has a setback?

Their best bet imo is to not announce a thing and if he's ready have him do a run-in on whatever Joe/HHH is involved with, or show up early in the show or the week before (if he's cleared) and take someone out and grab their spot.

 

This is probably the best thing. Rollins doesn't miss another Mania, and gets to continue the feud on to hopefully the next RAW ppv because im sick of waiting for this match to happen

 

I feel like we'll end up getting Shane vs hhh now somehow lol

 

If Rollins can be cleared, I think the best idea is for HHH to brag about how Seth is broken and can't compete, but if he wants to, he's got his WM match against him.

WM time arrives, HHH comes out, tells the ref to start the 10 count, Seth's music hits, match happens.

 

Yea, but like... it's WWE and that doesn't happen anymore

 

It's definitely too logical, so WWE will obviously not do that

 

WWE is just at it's best when they blur reality with kayfabe. It would be risky as hell but also extremely intriguing to follow. I don't know how big of a risk they are willing to take but I hope they go for it. Worst case is they can't do the match at Mania which would draw huge heat and make the next Mania matchup between them even more special. Idk.

 

Shane wins and undermines every win that Triple H has ever accumulated.

I was cringing listening to him try and talk shit to the Miz on commentary.

 

Oof I missed that, must of been horrible.

 

It would have been fine with anyone else. Miz is just on another level.

 

I'm sure Seth jumping and landing on his knee for the pedigree doesn't help his situation

 

I mean if he can't take a simple pedigree he has no business taking any sort of bump in a wrestling match.

 

I was thinking or more him giving the pedigree. Putting all his weight on his knees as he lands

 

Oh jeez yeah didn't even think of that, I always forget thats his finisher too haha.

 

Theres a decent chance Seth just became the new Daniel Bryan. Guy who is incredibly over with the fans, but now WWE is afraid of handing him the belt because he could get hurt at any moment.
