Charlotte flubbed getting into position for the big elbow. That's why Bayley hung on the top rope for almost 15 seconds before having to come down, do a half-hearted pin and weirdly re-position her. Then she had to go BACK up top and do it. Totally ruined the sequence.

She also missed the moonsault, and the knee almost caught her in the jaw. But that could have definitely been Bayley getting too close, who knows - either way it hurt the match.
