Not really. I cant see him getting a Balor level monster push, simply because he cant talk. Have all the charisma you want, if you cant talk on the main roster, you end up like Kalisto, Titus, etc. He's the smartest choice to leave in NXT for a while and carry the brand. Because he'll always be over there.

The crowd reaction when the tease the chair spot is great. Everyone on that side stands up expecting to see something real crazy

He teased the same thing in ROH. Im not sure they'd ever do that spot. Certainly not with the chair stacked on top of the other 4.

I don't really see how they are going to make it work. Nigel is 100% calling the action in the ring, but I don't see him playing the heel role. Percy has been established as the annoying face guy. They either add another guy, or no one is getting any heat.

 

Jesus, Sami is potentially affected by this immigration ban. If he holds dual Canadian/Syrian citizenship, he might not be able to leave the country and come back.

Hah, I haven't watched any NXT since Takeover and had no idea Percy was even doing NXT commentary - Corey didn't mention it in his announcement either, just said that he's leaving and Nigel will take a spot with Tom.

 

Yeah, definitely a Canadian citizen (think KO is as well), and Syrian citizenship is by fathers nationality, so unless he renounced it, he might be in trouble.

Revival for the future regrouping of The Club.

 

Peyton/Billie have the potential to get nuclear heat in the way someone like Dana wishes she could. That was basically the only 5 minutes Ive seen of them, and I want Asuka to murder them tonight.

 

Said this to Mick on the podcast once. I would love to see the Club on both brands. You could have Gallows/Anderson with Finn on Raw, and a team like the Revival with AJ on SDL.

Also, I think Baron Corbin would be great for the Club as well.
