Wage War is on again this year according to someone in my local music scene. Something about they did Warped last year on the tail end of their cycle for Blueprints, and they want to start off at the start for their new album.

 

That's wouldn't surprise me. So either they aren't opening for ADTR or ADTR isn't touring here in the summer.

 

I don't think it was ever explicitly stated they were touring with ADTR either as a leak or rumor, just heavily speculated.

 

As of 2 years ago northlane said they would never do it even if the offer was insane. They don't wanna be lumped in with that whole scene exclusively. Who knows times change

Dangerkids is very unlikely to do Warped based on the conversation I had with their screamer tonight.

 

They've been trying since they played half the tour and have absolutely no luck. Could be the barely touring or being active. Haha

 

When did Nick say that about The Wonder Years? Also, did he mean not ever again or just this year. I love the wonder years and I love seeing them at warped and it breaks my heart if they were to never play again

 

They'll likely never do it again. It's not appealing to them at this point in their career.

 

How much of a chance do you think we have for Too Close to Touch and With Confidence?

 

It should be March-- like now. I can't wait any longer !!!!!!!!

 

State Champs headliner runs into May so With Confidence is highly unlikely. I could see Too Close Too Touch doing it again, but I don't think it's likely since they would be on a Cyclops sized stage again and I don't see them doing that two years in a row.

 

They just dropped their new album today on a Warner imprint and their song is #1 on Octane's Test Drive. I can see a headliner this spring/summer and maybe Warped next year.

 

That makes sense-- I'm going to State Champs/Against the Current/With Confidence so should calm down about that ::) I hope Too Close to Touch does it- but that makes sense about Cyclops !

 

He said something about not wanting to take showers in port-a-pottys or something like that.

 

AFI is playing Firefly Festival which is the first weekend of Warped. I didn't expect them to return to Warped anyways but I thought others had mentioned them.

Suicide Silence is doing Chicago Open Air in the middle of the summer and I think OM&M are doing something overseas at the time frame. Full runs from both are out of the question. No idea on the others off the top of my head.

 

as awesome as it would be conquer divide for this year is a no. Hints are strong that beartooth is a yes.

 

Beartooth and Silverstein seem like locks. Both bands really love doing it and both could still benefit from doing it.

Hopefully we'll get more Silvertooth sets if that's the case.

 

Well, I just read from page 39 to 27. (Yes, I read backwards)

All I have determined from this thread is this tour is looking like five-ten bands. Well, if that's the case, do I get longer than 30 minute sets?

There are not five to ten bands on Warped Tour.

 

I'm aware, I'm just making a joke based upon where the thread is. 5-10 bands seem like probably gonna be true predictions while the remaining 20 bands are different guesses based upon the person who posted.

 

I'm going to throw Impending Doom and Winds Of Plague into the mix as possible Monster bands. Both are working on new albums and both have hinted at 2017 being a busy year. Impending Doom's only announced show is Facedown Fest in Pomona, CA on 5/13. Winds Of Plague is on a tour with Devildriver that ends on 3/5.
