If you don't get the onions and other high temp veggies going at some point after you start the chicken you're gonna be waiting on them down the pipeline. Just my 2 cents on the economics. Cuts down prep significantly

I made an experimental lobster bisque this weekend

 

what was experimental about it? Anytime I think of lobster bisque or stew, I just want to drop what I'm doing and drive to Maine.

 

It was kinda standard lobster stock, heavy cream, white wine base. I made the lobster stock. I also made a veggie stock to go in it finewly ground to liquid, no chunks. It added red bell pepper and pecan. A little "gouda" type cheese from my trip to Netherlands melted in there. And a small dallop of horseradish for faint spice.

 

There's a good breakfast place in Denton, probably not a good place for it since its only open for breakfast and always packed

 

Ya'll can come to Connecticut and I'll take you out for breakfast.

I still have never been to Denton! lol

I'm generally much more available around dinner time than breakfast time. But I'm an advocate of breakfast for dinner.

 

My munchies last night were exactly the same minus the cookies. Waffles, buttered up, some pb and syrup and i added cinnamon and powdered sugar.

 

eggos with peanut butter and syrup and regular butter is like the most indulgent thing you can make with shitty food

 

little whipped cream, little chocolate syrup, and congrats you hate yourself
