    Quantum Break impressions:

Pretty much lives up to expectations so far! Currently at part 2 of act 2. Not sure why this game is being labeled as broke. I'm playing in 1080p on PC and haven't had any problems yet though I hope it's possible to download the show at some point since my wifi sucks. I am of the opinion that the most vocal PC gamers are the worst kind of graphics whores and are never and will never be satisfied though. I've dabbled in some visual art and I am blown away by the way the game looks - everything except Paul's hair at the beginning of the game which looked like complete ass for some reason.

Gameplay feels like a progression of Max Payne in terms of the matrix-inspired third person shooting. Enemy AI is great, love how they always try to flank you, which makes sense and should be in more cover-based shooting games IMO. The combat is just superb. You feel awesome with the Neo/Jet Li via The One superpowers but everything still feels intense for the most part. Only complaint is it's pretty easy on normal and the one time I died was from a physics glitch where I tripped over a shelf and it killed me. Have no idea why handgun ammo is unlimited, it really undermines most of what could make the shooting challenging. Looking forward to playing this on harder difficulties. Still early in the game, but also hope there are at least a few puzzles that involve using time powers, although this still might have more puzzles so far than any Remedy game I've played. Overall it still feels like a Remedy game, and a progression of what I dig about their style.

Only saw episode 1 of the show, but I think it was surprisingly good - felt like something you'd watch by writers who worked on a decent-good NBC show like Lost, The Blacklist, Grimm, Blindspot, Revolution, etc. Has the vibe of an ambitious network TV show more than what you typically see with, say, a web series or something, the latter of which pretty much being what I was expecting.

Overall, impressed so far. Not seeing what makes this game broke either - a game with these graphics is going to be more demanding than most games. Looking forward to playing the rest of it.

I feel personally that a review would be more appropriate after you had at least completed a full playthrough. You really should download the episode companion as it flows very nicely with the game. Also, I am playing on the hardest difficulty and I am not finding it hard at all. I am currently about to start Act 3.

Help I played Kingdom Hearts Unchained X for like 6 hours last night. It's such a fun, simple game but it's so addicting

I've never had an issue with wifi on my PS4. But then again mine is probably three feet from my router.

*or first impressions, if that fits better.

Was planning on posting my final thoughts when completing the game, of course. I just got to act 3 too! The second episode was really good.

The second episode was a lot of dialogue but very good. I am still getting used using the time vision to find the stutters for upgrades but it gets easier with time.

Yeah my PS4 is in my room upstairs possibly the furthest away from the router in the house, and its always worked absolutely fine. Reasonable speeds as well, if a little lower than my laptop usually gets

  12. I've only ever used my PS4 wirelessly, never had any issues. My PS4 is like two feet from the router though.

Thanks for the answer. I was crazy confused at what happened. Pretty bummed my old account didn't get carried over. I was proud of the, Member Since 2002 or whatever it was.

Honestly, it feels like Halo mixed with Quake III. I was in the closed Alpha and Beta, I am extremely excited for this game. Coming from a long time DOOM fan, I can easily say it already feels much better than DOOM 3.

I said this a dozen times on AP but for some reason none of y'all would listen. Get final fantasy record keeper. It's also a mobile turn based RPG and it's more challenging and customizable. You won't regret it if you liked older final fantasy / bravely default.

Awesome news about the Halo comparison. Haha sadly I didn't get into Quake or Doom much, but really jumped into the FPS arena with Halo CE and beyond, and then started trying them all from there. Will be excited to go into this one fresh.

I lost interest in CoD after Modern Warfare 3. I think they need to take the Assassins Creed route and give people a break from the yearly releases and breathe some life into the franchise when they come back. Will this happen? No, lol. Just wishful thinking I guess!

I just want a Modern Warfare 4. Haha I need a break from the sci-fi, futuristic CoDs. I think though that the next one is rumored to be extremely futuristic..

Extinction fucking ruled. One of the coolest things the franchise has ever done. The expansions were soooooo soo good.
