My favorite thing about the "give him a chance" people is that they seem to be acting as though the last three months didn't fucking happen. Even if someone genuinely believed in "give him a chance," what about all of his cabinet picks and his tweets and the phone calls to foreign leaders and the business meetings with his kids and all that other insanity? Like ffs even if one were giving him a chance, he's had it already by now.

Seriously, like I get calling for the violence to stop when it's being directed at nobody in particular. If, in fact, innocent people were getting their property destroyed in protests (and I haven't seen any evidence of that happening) then that is not ok by any means. But there's a difference between targeted violence and violence for violence's sake. Punching that piece of shit in his smug fucking Nazi face is the kind of violence everyone should be able to get behind.
