Anyone remember from previous years how far out the announce who's playing what day?

 

Will try and go to Boston Calling this year.
Will try to not fall in love with the city.

 

My girls are totally stoked for this show. They want a 1 day pass, and want to see bands on the list, I had no idea they liked (or bands I had heard of, really).

 

How hard is it usually to get day tickets? Idk if i wanna drop $250 just yet.

they usually release day tickets alongside the daily schedule, which is a month before the festival. no guarantees on what single-day tickets will be like this year though since they're changing everything

Went to school at Mount Ida College for a year and a half in Newton before moving back to Rhodey.

 

I fully expect it to haha. Really hope I'll be able to go this year.

 

If it's any consolation, Boston Calling isn't actually being held in metropolitan Boston this year. It's at Harvard Athletics in Allston, which is right outside of the city limits.

Do yourself a favor and visit the city if you do go.

 

Oh I will be for sure. If I go I'll probably take at least the week off.

If Harvard and BU are on a semester system, I'm assuming classes will be out by then. Then again I'm sure a good amount of Boston kids stick around for the summer.

Anyone going to the Women's March at the common on Saturday? My wife and I plan to be there.

 

Just finally got back from the march. So many people, and a bit tough to move around, but it was an inspiring event.
