This is funny as fuck. Also...good marketing tactic. It's the first logo I noticed and the only one I wanted to read

I almost saw them at Fest a couple years back but caught a secret Set where Mixtapes played Maps in full, which was also Mixtapes final show instead.

Memphis May Fire sent out a Bandsintown notification asking where fans woule like to see them play this year, ending with "announcements coming soon..."

Is that what those messages are? I get them in my email all the time but I don't have the app so I can never view the messages.

It's usually whatever the band wants to put. Sometimes it's teasing a tour, promoting a tour, announcing a tour, or promoting VIP for a tour. Alter Bridge has been sending out a notification at least twice a week I feel for their upcoming a tour and VIP for it.

Erra hasn't been back to Oregon since they came with TesseracT back in November of 2015, since then they've had like 3-5 other U.S. tours. I'm trying to be optimistic but damn.

I'm going to visit my girlfriend in Milwaukee in February. Anyone from the area - can you recommend any good, smaller venues to see shows? All I'm seeing are the big ones.

I go up from Chicago and from what I've seen the rave has pretty damn near a monopoly on the concert venue market in that city, except for summerfest. Turners Ballroom I think it's called I also went to once, but that's a mid sized venue (I saw bleachers, I know TBS has played there and I think TWY). I'm sure there are other smaller bar type places with local acts, but the vast majority of national tours are coming through the Rave.

    but does it djent?

Okay but "Grind Mother" is a grindcore band fronted by a 67 year old grandmother. I'd love to catch that.
