Not to say I dont like the other stuff too

 

Another one of those bands in the 90's was Vertical Horizon. I don't care what people say, but there isn't any new music in the same vein as these guys or 3eb. I mean, unless it's those two bands coming out with albums.

 

All this talk is reminding me of one hit wonder Tonic.

 

That reminds me I hate when people dismissively say one hit wonder, Nada Surf Fountains of Wayne etc are great bands

QOTSA and NIN are good bands IMHO

My roommate freshman year of college was a massive 311 fan.

I still don't get it.

311 is another one of those bands I never really got into, but their singles were good/fun. Creatures for Awhile is pretty rockin

 

I would, but unfortunately amber is not the color of my energy.

You know who had some good singles but bad overall album? Default.

 

They had a sick song on NHL 2003 lol

 

Not sure what song it was, but hopefully it was this one because it still rocks.

 

I hate when people give you a weird look when you say you like Hanson. No one knows that they have been crushing it for the last 20 years.

 

And we've now let the soft spot for alt-rock go one step too far. Haha

Their Transistor album was by far their best. The self-titled has a strong rap vibe which Transistor essentially killed...give or take a couple songs.
