‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ Teaser Trailer

So excited for this! What are your initial thoughts @Jason Tate

 

I loved it. Really excited.

 

For some reason I expected more of a deviation from traditional Star Wars with these side movies, but this was a pleasant surprise. The look is great. It just feels like a Star Wars film and I think that is incredibly important. Take my money Disney.

 

When that AT-AT looks at that guy running around the 1:24 mark and fires, you know he's not going to have a good day.

It's not that I wasn't excited before, but this just upped my excitement level a lot. Looks fantastic.

 

This, in my opinion, looks better than TFA. Can't wait, got goosebumps.

 

The fact that Donnie Yen is in this is SO SICK. That means we can expect some awesome combat..

 

I agree....it has less of a blockbuster feel to it.

 

I really didn't have any expectations for it, but after that trailer, this looks awesome

Aaaaaaaaaand it looks beautiful.

It's easy to have high hopes in a film you know will have such strong production value, but jeez does it look remarkable. Like a classic spy film or war film, jus happenstancely set in the Star Wars universe. Seeing as it's set right before Episode IV, I love how accurately they're mayching the art design and tone of that film.

 

on the beach looked so great. This is going to be fun.

 

I was originally wondering how Disney would pull off that 'one new Star Wars movie per year, forever!!!' thing, but now I get it...and this looks pretty sweet.

 

Really excited for this!

 

Disney killing it on the franchise front.

 

2016 might go down as on of the greatest years for music AND movies. damn.

 

I wonder if this could be the first Star Wars movie that doesn't star a force wielding character
